• Ensure availability of the property on the agreed date

2.1 Changes and Cancellations

• Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as follows:

• Deposits may be required to secure the booking
• Final payment is due upon completion of the service
• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers

3.1 Additional Charges

Any additional services requested on the day may incur extra charges. These will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

4. Responsibilities

Merton Man with Van is responsible for:

• Ensuring the safety and security of your possessions during transit
• Providing qualified and trained staff for the removal process

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all items are properly packed and labeled if you opt for self-packing
• Securing any loose items that may present hazards during the move

4.1 Liability

While we take all necessary precautions to protect your belongings, Merton Man with Van is not liable for:

• Items damaged due to improper packing by the client
• Pre-existing damages to items prior to the move

5. Insurance

We offer insurance options to cover your possessions during transit. It is recommended to opt for insurance to cover any unforeseen damages or losses.

5.1 Claims Process

In the event of damage or loss, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. Claims will be processed in accordance with the insurance policy terms.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Merton Man with Van operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.

Upon termination, all obligations of the client to pay for services rendered up to the date of termination remain in effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Merton Man with Van regarding the services offered and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
